"Why don't you just tell your parents that you don't want to go to college yet, I'm sure they'll understand." Her Aunt Carey replied as stirred some cream into her coffeee. "Aunt Carey, you know my parents, they won't understand." Maxene replied, she didn't know how long she could keep the fact that she hadn't sent any applications to college a secret from her parents.
